  Condominium Law

Increasing numbers of owners of multi-family homes are finding it profitable to convert their two- and three-family homes into condominiums, and then selling each unit individually. This condominium conversion process requires a real estate attorney to work with the architect and engineer and to draft and record the “condominium documents” (comprised of the Master Deed, Declaration of Trust and By-laws), which legally establish the condominium.

When the conversion process is completed, and the condominium established, our office then represents the seller in the sale of the individual units from the time an Offer is made through the closing.
If you are interested in learning more about condominium conversions, contact Attorney Chris Gorham at 617-236-8978 or cgorham@gandhlaw.com.
